Change the difficulty of your board

Do you want to change the difficulty of your FlowRow Board? With this set, you can replace the elastic elements of your boards and thus make the FlowRow Board more flexible or stable. The included assembly instructions will guide you through the steps to unscrew the existing elastic elements and then mount the replacement elements. The replacement is not difficult and does not require any manual skills.

For beginners to professionals 

To ensure that your deep muscles and coordination are optimally challenged, we offer the FlowRow Board in different levels of difficulty. In the table below, you will find a recommendation for the perfect board that corresponds to your balance feeling and body weight.

Please note: If you did not buy your FlowRow Board here in the FlowRow Shop, but either in a sports shop or directly from NOHrD, then your board has the difficulty level 2.
