The Performance model: Sustainably produced from solid oak, the WaterRower Performance combines design, quality and functionality at the highest level – with XL rails (11 cm longer than the Original), a wider handle similar to the Concept2, improved footrests and a factory-fitted SmartRow pulley. The WaterRower can be stored in a space-saving way after training: with a simple hand movement, you can place the rowing machine upright against the wall, while the water remains safely in the tank.
The perfect rowing experience: the water resistance adjusts to your level of exertion and ensures an authentic training experience that is easy on the joints.
Smart training: instead of a built-in monitor, you connect your smartphone or tablet to the integrated SmartRow pulley via Bluetooth and use the free SmartRow app – a modern, more powerful training display. A wooden arm for your smartphone or tablet is already included.

We made the FlowRow Boards to be simple and effective. They are made of strong oka or beech wood. The boards have a balance mechanism made of galvanized steel and natural rubber.
Which of the 6 training levels is right for you depends on your sense of blance and body weight. Make your choice based on this table. If you have any doubts, please contact us.
You can choose extra training levels in advance. Then, you can adjust the boards to fit your training needs. This is great if you want your FlowRow Boards to expend as you succeed in your training.
A selection of additional training levels will be displayed during the ordering process.
But you can also change to a higher or lower level ater. In this case you may buy a conversion set here in store.
The package contains this rubber pads. You can place them between the top and bottom plates of your balance boards. This limits the movement. It helps to get used to the training device.
The delivery consists of two packages. Included in the scope of delivery are 2 chlorine tablets, a water pump and an instruction manual that also contains detailed assembly instructions.
